Heres some necro builds i know that the MM build works but the SS build might be defected cause of the changes but meh heres what i use hope it helps
Minion Master
N/Mo
1.Deathly Swarm(to get some corpses)
2.Veratas Sacrafice(10 regen all minions for certain amount of time)
3.Rotting Flesh(foes become diseased for certain amount of time)
4.Blood of the Master(heals all minions even ally minions for certain ammount of HP)
5.Soul Feast(Exploit nearest corpse and gain some Hp)
6.Animate Bone Fiend(Summons Lvl 16-18 Bone Fiend)
7.Animate Flesh Golem(Summons Lvl 26-28 Flesh Golem)
8.Any type of res like Ressurect thats fine
Atts
Death Magic 14-16 Depends on runes
Soul Reaping-Whatevers left after Death on here
Runes-Minor-Sup Vig Minor, Soul Reaping, Superior Death Magic
Spitefull Spirit Necro
1.Spitefull Spirit-Causes dmg to enemy and adjacent whenever they attack or casts a spell.
2.Arcane Echo-for certain amount of time this is replaced by the spell used afterwards for 20 seconds.
3.Ancestors Visage-for certain amount of time whenever target ally is hit by a melee attack they lose 3 energy.
4.Sympthetic Visage-for certain amount of time whenever target ally is hit by a melee attack they lose 3 energy.
5.Blood Ritual-for certain amount of time target touched ally gains some energy regen.
6.Sumthin Haste-target foe and adjacent foes attack 25% faster for certain amount of time and miss 50% of the time.
7.any kind of degen spell :D
8.Resserection Signet-Target ally is ressurected with full hp and 25% energy
i think thats it its off the top of my head :D

actually none of the regular SS build was really touched, i use my own nice lil SS build for fow and even missions, and none of the skills i use were touched

As an SS build I used to have:
Parasitic Bond
Spiteful Spirit
Enfeeble or Enfeebling Blood or Spinal Shivers
Necrotic Traversal or Putrid Explosion
Plague Touch
Diversion or Shatter Hex
Arcane Echo
Distortion
12+2 Curses
8+1 Death Magic
7+1 Soul Reaping (I think)
7 Domination Magic
4 Illusion Magic
Distortion doesn't that much "bang for the buck" anymore though.

sweet havnt done SS much since the update does 55 hp monk still work in uw yeah..?

Actually the 55 build isn't what was nerfed. A 55 can still tank just like before. The problem becomes killing stuff. At 50% health the foes start runnign way and wont attack until the regen. You can still run a dual build with a ranger (famine) and 55 but it is very slow as you can only aggro 1 group at a time (this doesn't seem to trigger the AI to run away at 50%).
 The true test of any technology is its ability to obtain porn.

Whenever i go PvE SS i use this:
N/Me
curses: 16
Domination magic: 10
Blood magic: 7
soul reaping: 5 (not sure though)
Weapon: the stonereaper
Awaken the Blood
Spitefull Spirit
Arcane Echo
Insidious Parasite
Parastic Bond
Empathy
Life Siphon
Rez Signet
Its a mainly damage build. SS (37) + IS (21) + Emapthy (34) = 82 damage ^^ disregarding armour and such. IS and life siphon keep your health up nicely.
Since i have 52 energy to start with, soul reaping is just for backup. I dont need to spam the curses that much, so my energy regen alone is enough mostly.

* Dark damage: 11-22 (req. 9 Curses)
* Halves casting time of Curses spells (Chance: 20%)
* Halves skill recharge of Curses spells (Chance: 20%)
* Curses +1 (20% chance while using skills)
* Energy +5

well, with all these people ripping appart your ss build, i might take a stab at the minion master one, here's what i usually use
Flesh Golem
Bone Fiend
Bone Horror
Putrid Explosion
Rebirth
Blood of The Master
Heal Area
Death Nova
Death-12+4
Soul Reaping 9+1
Healing-9
heal area could be replaced for ventera's sacrafice, but as the build has no other self heal, and it doubles for minions and even the other spellcasters in your group i bring it along

I would sub animate bone horror for shambling horror. You get to spawn bleeders.
