How do you get the halloween mask, because i wasnt here for last halloween

We don't know yet. We don't even know if it will be a pumpkin mask. We shall find out at some point this weekend :)

Last year I wasn't around for Halloween, but I believe a character called The Mad King (check Kanna's avatar for a pic of him) came to Lion's Arch, and handed them out.

Um, no it definitely is more complicated. I wasn't there for the halloween event, but I was for the Tengu event and the dragon event. How those worked was you had to have a certain amount of a certain quest item in your inventory when whoever the person was showed up, and if so, then you talked to the guy and got one. There should be certain quests you do that get you the items.

If you failed to do it, you died, and were resurrected before the next command. At the end of the game he would give everyone a Pumpkin Crown. There were no quests. You just turned up, goofed about and got given stuff :D

Yeah, no quests. If you did, you couldn't do this.

You played with him (like this) and he told really lame jokes (e.g 1- Why can't you borrow money from a dwarf? Because they're always a little short and 2. Why did the Charr cross the wall? To get to the other side) and if you didn't laugh he'd kill you.
