Heyhey
I started my Ice Blaster, White.Ice, a week ago today. and he's probably the fasted leveler I've ever known!
After one week,
Level 21.
Now here's what I wanna ask. How Good IS that?
Is that good, bad, whatever.

If you play on teams around your level or a couple higher, than I'd say yeah, thats kind of fast, but if you are getting PL'd most of the time, then its nothing new.

As of now, the closest thing to being PLed is teaming on any team at least 3 levelks higher than you. Fighting a level 50 enemy at 25 will give you the XP as a level 28 enemy of the same kind.
As far as I know, thats the only form of PLing there is.

fighting a lvl 50 as a 25 will get you no XP. If you are more than 3 lvls lower than the team average you get no XP. The closest thing to PLing now is have a 50 fighting 53s and 2 lvl 46's SKing lower lvls sitting around doing nothing.

Humph,
21st in a week? Slacker!! {grin} Actually, that is about average these days. In the old days, ack did I say that?, you'd spend a month in PP trying to go from 10 to 15. Since they added the Hollows, getting into the teens is simple. Now you have Striga to speed you along, whereas in the old days again, you'd been sucking vapors on getting mission experience every time you hit a translevel: 9, 14, 19, 24 etc. Now I have extra missions left by the time my next contact level is reached.

No, I mean when you are SKed. THe highest XP you can get (for a plus 13 minion, for exapmle) is the same you would get for a +3 minion. Sorry, I should have been more clear.

your still not explaining it right but i know what you mean allow me.
if you are lvl 10 and a lvl 50 sked you you would effectively be 49. if the team then killed a lvl 50 you would get a +1 kill. so you would get xp as you would from a lvl 11.

Yes, but if you unSK a minute before the end of the mission, the bonus will be HUGE. That's the goal of the whole powerleveling.
And to answer the question in this topic, lv21 in one week is nice, but not great ;)
I got to lv10 in three hours, so I was quite a lot higher in one week.

I got to 28 in 2 weeks, only playing on weekends. That's 28 in about 4 days worth.. hehe

That is some hard core weekend playing!
It has definitely been easier to move some levels since they have changed the XP ratio.
Not a major difference but I definitely don't feel like I am frozen at a level forever anymore.

21 in a week isn't too bad. I can generally get to 10 in a play session, but thats if I'm motivated and on a char I like. And not limited in play time by my family situation...

with double xp weekend i usually create a character and get to like 20-25 in a day, then never play it for many months. 21 in a week is pretty good, most people don't have a community like GA to help (i know I didnt for a while). it took me FOREVER to get my first person with a travel power because i was so terrible at the game and whenever i got discouraged i made a new toon (which still happens sometimes.....)
ANYWAY, 21 in a week is pretty nice. especially if its one of YOUR personal fastest. this just means it'll probably get faster. recently, i made an alt thinking the usual "oh, whataver, itll get to lvl 8 and get deleted..." but after my usual amount of alt time (or less) he is almost lvl 17. it just gets easier and faster the longer you play.

my alts level at a weird pace. i struggle to get them to 20, then they end up hitting 40 within 2 weeks of that. of course, 40ish seems to be the cutoff for me, seeing as i have 2 41s and a 40 that i havent played in weeks lol

26/28 is the cutoff for me. i think i have 6 or 7 characters across the servers that have made it that far and stopped.
