Could I get a show of hands out there to all those who have experienced loss of textures, where everyone becomes gray...

Although I haven't had everyone go grey on me, I have had on several occasions things go "blinky" on me. Especially trees. Blink white, blink texture, blink white, etc etc
It's annoying as hell. Sometimes a game restart does the trick, other times I have to exit out completely. Bogus. Although with the retail patch they made things run a lot smoother, it's still a thorn in the side of any high-end video card. However, something makes me think it's geared more towards Nvidia cards (boooo, hiss!) because on my girl's GF3 I don't have those problems. Of course, then again, it's running 1024x768 and not 1600x1200 there. :P So who knows.
