When(and if) you use the abbreviation "lol," do you actually laugh out loud?
I only use "lol" when i chuckle or giggle or laugh aloud.
Anytime I think something is funny, but dont actually make a sound, I use "hahaha."
When someone makes a bad joke and I don't want to hurt their feelings, I use "hehe."
If they make a bad joke and I don't really care if I hurt their feelings, I make a joke about them.

If I actually laugh out loud, I will use LOL. But if I don't, I don't use it.

not as much in game or on the forums but on AIM i usually use lol after a joke because i can tend to have a sarcastic sense of humor that people can miss if they dont know im joking

ROTFLSHMSH! No I never really use that one, but ten cred to the one who figures out what I meant by it.
I am sorta all over the place on this one, I just type whatever I feel fits the situation. Sometimes thats hehe, or LoL! And sometimes thats like roflmao...I basically just gauge how funny it was and then throw something out there.

New and improved, 3 lvls in one day, adding to his arsenal Fulcrum Shift..oh yea. Can't wait to get some time under his belt now. I can now hurl Boulders....omfg no he didn't :) I look so pimp in my newest power...its brown and bumpy all over..can you guess?... Thats right is Stone Armor and it is kick butt. Fissure rocks my world! Fifty soon. Fifty on 12-10-2005 at 12:35am after 400hrs of hard labor Wanna throw a special shout out to Illusion Mastor, CBail, Mudpuppy, Jupiter Sweets, Dark Hollow, Lethal Fury, Pan, Majin Tank, Lotus of Death, and all the others i know I am forgetting for their help. And also to all the gameampers here at gameamp whom without I would never have made it.

I tend to laugh when I find something humorous, so I use "lol" for pretty much everything. Plus, I think people feel better about their attempts at comedy when you use it.

Is it "Rolling On The Floor Laughing So Hard My Side Hurts"?
Anyway I use lol whenever I think Something is funny even if I dont actually laugh out loud. To me "hahaha" when used in text chat sounds kinda like sarcasm. "Hehehe" however makes me think the person is female for some reason. Sounds like my girlfriend giggling. So yes "Hello my name is Summoned Dark and I have been a LOL'er for awhile now. I just now reached the first step of admitting it. Hopefully this 10 step program will help me change my ways and be a better chatter."
