I have two Guild Wars Accounts and I was wondering if there was a way to run both Accounts on the same time on the same computer..... Thanks and +cred for any help

It is not. The changes that you would have to make are a violation of the EULA.
This has been discussed a few times and the quick answer is no.

There was a way if you went into the windows system files and renamed the guild wars .exe to guildwars1.exe and then downloaded a second version of it... although you would have to do this everytime there was an update... as GW1.exe would not work.
