actually,, some can stop you.. "THE HIGHER" cred users can give you negative cred :D.
(those who are in lvl 13 and --> or have somethinh like 3k cred) Don΄t know if im right :D.

actually, you have to be lvl 10, which means you have 1520 credit to give someone negative credit. Yes, that means I can give negative credit now :P lol, I wont be stoppin anybody though! cheers
