I just recnetly made a guild and i think no one will join it because I do not currently have a hall. I have searched all over and still dont know how much a guild hall costs or where i can buy it at. Also any tips for recruiting would be nice.

You need a celestial sigil for a guild hall. Go to Lions Arch and walk to the docks (boats) and talk to the guy that previews guild halls.. click the hall you want to see and there will be a celestial sigil trader in it. but the sigil from him and give it to the guy in the hall that you want.
Tips on recruitment. The best and fastest thing to do is go to a starting zone (pre-searing, ascalon or any startin areas in Factions and Nightfall) and spam your ''recruit line''. You will have to do with ''n00bs'' first because more experienced players as good as never join new guilds.
I hope your guild will be a succes and i recommend you make a recruiting thread in the Top Guilds section here on teh site. Every bit helps. :)

To get a guild hall, you need a Celestial Sigil. If you go on a tour of the Guild Halls, there is a Sigil trader in there. You should be able to buy a Sigil from them unless the demand is really high. I'm not sure on the cost of the Sigil...you'll just have to visit the trader.
I know there used to be a guy that would give you a tour of the guild halls in Lions Arch out by the docks. I don't know if he is still there or not.

If memory serves, you can get a tour of the available halls from the Canthan Ambassador located in the LA docks. I believe they are also around in Kaineng City and Kamadan, but don't exactly know their names.
To get a guild hall, you need to have a Celestial Sigil which can also be purchased from the trader who travels with the ambassador. Can't tell you how much the sigils are, I haven't checked.
One way to recruit, is to get into PUGs and start looking at how people play, how competent they are, and how they react to bad plays/bad players. Just a thought. I haven't really recruited anyone, except for my flat mate who I know in RL. :p You can also post a recruitment thread here on GA. :-)
