Hello folks,
can anyone tell me if there is a weapons crafter that makes shields based on Leadership and if so where. :)

Only motivation, command, tactics and str. shields in the game atm
so nowhere :), and i don't think they'll be implemented any soon :-)

so arenanet are forcing paragons to use motivation and command, if thats the case why have leadership as you can never have 3 stats(spear, leadership, motivation and or command) high enough to make any difference.

yes, i do find it inconvienent that there isn't a leadership required shield aswell, but it's not that odd or different.
A lot of Monk Weapons require Divine Favor even though the stats are for another attribute. It's kind of 'Forcing' monks to use Divine Favor for full benefit from their staff.
Pargon's are relatively limited to 3 shields, those being Motivation, Command, and Tactics. Though i've seen quite a few running off-hands depending on their secondary profession.
