1st of all; welcome to GameAMP ^^
it would be helpfull if you told what chapter you are playing. In every chapter there is a spot of where to cap it:
Prophesies:
Mission: hells precipice, boss: Scelus Prosum
Factions:
Mission: Boreas Seabed, boss: Argo
&
Explorable Shenzun Tunnels, The Afflicted Kam
I have atm no idea where to cap it in Nightfall.
EDIT: Odin; are you aware that your signature isn't working? Its totally blank until i press play; and then i cant click the questionmarks. All i get is a very quick "guildwars signature v1.5" ^^

Strange it works on mine and some other peoples computers, I am going to have to look into it. You wouldn't happen to know what version of Flash Player you have would you?
It usually only shows question marks if it loaded incorrectly. If you have anything older than Flash 8 that is probably the problem. I will have to find a way around it.

In response to the topic, you also have a chance of capping it in the very first mission of Factions from The Afflicted Kam, but I don't think he will always spawn. That's where I got it on my ele, it was a choice between the hardest mission in prophecies and the first mission of factions. Of course, the link Odin posted has every single location, including two in Nightfall.
At Odin, your signature has never worked for me either. At first it was grayish, then I clicked, and it just disappeared. Now all I see is a large brown box where a signature would be. I have no idea what version of flash I have.
