Okay, I started a new Peacebringer last night on Triumph. I've only played one PB before and he only made it to level 8 or 10 before I stopped playing the game all together. Well now that I'm back I want to play this guy all the way. Do any veteran PB's out there have any advice for a noob?

My PB didn't make it past 24 yet, but that is not because I don't like her. So let me give you my view on it.
Concentrate purely on your squid form. Until later in your 20's the human form and dwarf form are not impressive. Use all your slots to increase the four squid attacks. The only other useful power will be hasten, which will remain active after switch to squid. If you concentrate on this you are a mighty blaster. Flying/hovering around is sometimes a bit tricky but not that bad. And you can always switch to human form when running through sewers or caves. I played about half solo and half teamed. Both are fun. The special story arc you get is well worth playing out.
And if you eventually make it to 24 you want to respec. But I won't advice about that, since I haven't been there yet.
Also, you really want to set up these binds:
/bind j "powexec_toggle_off White Dwarf$$powexec_toggle_off Bright Nova$$goto_tray 1"
/bind k "powexec_toggle_off White Dwarf$$powexec_toggle_on Bright Nova$$goto_tray 4"
/bind l "powexec_toggle_off Bright Nova$$powexec_toggle_on White Dwarf$$goto_tray 5"
/bind divide "powexec_name combat_flight"
/bind multiply "powexec_name energy_flight"
And, of course, put the relevent powers in the relevent trays :)

Phedre had some good advice. I especially like the binds she talked about. I actually use macros myself because I tend to forget which keys are bound to which command.
Just wanted to say something about slotting the Nova Form and attacks. As you slot, I would give emphasis to your cone and AoE attack before starting to slot you single-target attacks. Of the 2 single-target blasts, I rarely put extra slots in the weaker one. Also, you might want to consider slotting your form itself with endurance mods and/or to-hit buffs. Nova form gets an inherent boost to accuracy and endurance recovery, but your blue bar will still be draining quickly.

Thanks for the info guys. The binds are a good idea. But I was thinking of running exclusively in human form. Has anyone done this before? Is it even possible?

It's the best way to go. Human form beats shape shifting all the way. The one and only thing I can say bad about human form is it has zero mez protection, and I mean none. A stiff breeze can stun you, so carry break frees. But, other than that, it is the bomb. It's why you want to play a Kheldian all the way up. From level 27 up to 50 my PB was human form all the way. I respec'ed dwarf and nova all the way out. Here's my guide on Khedilan's. Scroll down to the MY Philosophy section and see how I did it in human form. Your still gonna have to do it shape shifting up until 25 or so if you want to outperform everyone else, but after that you can go human all the way. Cosmic balance will make you an engine of destruction in a big team, especially if it's a balanced team.

It is possible, and I have tried it before. Personally, I like the shape-shifting as it is fun and uniquely Kheldian. I would plan on teaming alot because soloing in human form, at least in early levels, can be quite the challenge. This darned Voids and Quantums! Also, your human form gets Cosmic Balance benefits depending on the make-up of your team: Damage buff for each Tanker and Defender, Defense Buff for each Scrapper & Blaster, Mez protection for each Controller.
In human form, I found I absolutely needed Stamina and Hasten. Your big mid-level attacks like Radiant Strike and Incandescent Strike are a little slow to recharge. Also, you will probably want to run at least your lethal/smashing shield (I forget the name) all the time.

My PB is a level 30. I got squid form at level 6 but repeced' out of it at 24 and went with human and dwarf. In my oppinion a PB is mighty dual form AT. I only use human and dwarf. Human form is very powerful when slotted correctly and Dwarf is a good tanker, not a true tank, but still a great damage taker. Voids and Quantums do not bother me in either form and I can hold my own against 3 or 4 villains at one time in either form. I run my mishes on rugged and still have no problems. You will always run into a villain that you might need to fall back, gather yourself, and try again, but that is the same with any AT. The heals and defneses you get in human form are very good when fully slotted. I run 3 defenses and damage resistance on my shileds and Dwarf and it seems to do very well. Maybe only two defenses on my shields with an end reduc. I haven't played him in a while, so I can't fully remember how they are slotted.
Sqiud form fully slotted is a powerful blaster, so don't get me wrong. I do like squid form. I just don't need it at this level. My human form is doing almost just as much damage as my squid ever did. 1 accuracy 3 damage work very well for me. I rarely team with him unless it is with a friend and I have no problems soling at all. It is always going to be up to the player as to what they want their character to be and do. But squid form will DEFINANTLY help you get through the lower levels very quick. Voids and Quantums really tear a squid up. So as soon as you can respec out of it, I would go human and dwarf form. But as always this is just my humble oppinion and two forms works great for my play style. Also, squid form is not as "squishy" as a lot of people make it out to be. You are squishy, but no more than a blaster who doesn't have any defenses. You are taking them out so quick that sometimes defense is not an issue. Tri-form or dual-form? That is always the question with a Keldian, be it a PB or WS.

Great guide LordStarolf. Since I haven't played the game for so long, and the PB is a new concept for me. I am actually excited about getting started on him. All I need to do now is get out of here so I can go home and start playing. But today is a half day for me, so I'm almost gone.

I posted this on our SG website, and ill post it here as well. This is my level 50 PB build right now. The ally heal was taken for heal badges, and the fire shield for the look lol. This build works well for me in pve, and its not so great in pvp(arena 1v1), but does ok in pvp zones. Full human, hope it helps. Granted its not completely in order, since its a respec'd build.

I took my PB all the way to 50 as all-human and had a blast- and he's still my 2nd favorite toon next to my main. The only thing is that I went all human the whole way from lvl 1-50, which I don't recommend, cause I really didn't know much about them back then and I also didn't like how the squid form looks. I think the best way is to take advantage of the squid form until your 20s, then respec out of it and go all human or human/dwarf the rest of the way. My PB can survive almost anything, even in PvP. Light Form and Quantum Flight helps me out of those sitcky situations to avoid defeat. And having 2 self heals, some ranged attacks, and some really nice melee attacks- I couldn't ask for anything more! I'm just working on my damage output a little more by getting some HOs in him.
Have fun with the kheld and enjoy the journey!

Playing with Kheldians, at the moment up to level 24 with warshades and level 34 with peacebringers, here's a bit of my own experience:
I tried the human only approach way up to level 16; it was a nightmare.
In a team, I was either a low powered blaster, a much too slow scrapper, a watered down defender and no tanking or controlling abilities to speak of... in a short, next to useless. Maybe at high levels you get somewhat even with other high level archetypes, but I have yet to be impressed when viewing the performance of well built blasters or defenders.
And soloing is even worse.
As one example, soloing the last mission before getting from level 15 to 16, I died 13 times in a row (!!!) before finally succeeding the mission! Even choking-full of inspirations and fully enhanced, I was simply not powerful enough, fast enough nor tough enough to wisthand the combined assault of a void hunter, a fortunata seer and a quantum gunner. I finally took Nova Form at level 16, then almost imediately found myself, again, up against the very same opposition... but this time I wiped them out on the first try!
I did an extensive respec as soon as I could, and now have conceived a built that enables me to be truly useful in a team and able to solo with ease:
The first 5 levels, I concentrate on the survivability of the human form. Glinting eye is quite enough to level up.
at 6, I choose Nova Form, taking advantage of essence boost power of the human form for survival, then of hasten (speed pool power) wich both transfer their effect on the alien form. I concentrate from then on (and until level 20) all my slotting on the nova form, area attacks first and foremost, and on the form power itself.
Between 6 and 20, I concentrate on useful team powers for the human form like grant invisibility, the healing pool power set and the leadership pool power set and/or defensive powers from the secondary power set, depending on how much I plan to solo or teamplay.
At 20, I take Dwarf Form and from then on redirect all slotting to it's powers, especially it's dull pain and stomp powers equivalents. I eventually go to 6-slotting all powers of the Nova Form and Dwarf form and the form power themselves as well.
The other powers of the human form I choose are luminous detonation, pulsar, solar flare, glowing touch, reform essence, conserve energy and restore essence. I haven't played high enough to try the high-end powers yet, but I am somewhat very wary of powers that drains you and leave you defenseless after a time... especially considering that at end-game you battle mostly Arch-villains, power draining ennemies etc. I still have to try and see but...
Building up this way, I find myself with a very versatile and effective character for both solo and team play:
In human form, I can support effectively my team by granting them extra powers, defense, effectiveness and healing while contributing in weakening significantly the ennemy mob. Soloing, I benefit from hasten and the various healing powers I get (adding heal self to it gives me no less than 3 healing powers to survive, counting the dull pain of the dwarf form itself).
In Nova form, I become a very powerful blaster, able to rapidly mow down minions or chain-fire deadly sniping shots at bosses and lieutenants. Pulling is also very easy and dealing with void mercenaries is no more difficult than any standard lieutenant.
In Dwarf form, I can tank like a very good stone/superstrenght tanker with the striking speed and power of a scrapper. Teleporting right in the middle of the mob to stomp down the minions and knock down the boss opens hostilities at a distinct advantage. Void mercenaries are no match for me then.
And getting 2 inherited move powers (fly and teleport) is not bad either.
The greatest fun and asset of the Kheldian archetype is it's versatility and wide range of opportunities of play given by it's numerous forms. Therefore, I endeavor you to take full advantage of it.
I for one surely do... and it becomes then a truly great reward for one such as you, who worked so long and hard to reach level 50 with any of the standard archetypes.Don't be just a scranker, a defender, a blapper or a tanker... be all of them!
Anything less is, well... less.
So Enjoy! Three-times Enjoy!
