sunspear scouts don't work?

i can't get a blessing from those scouts after the update anymore, no, i didn't take them yet, is there a reason why i can't take them, like i already did them :S o_O
can anyone tell me if it's a bug or something, because now i can't get that title anymore

are you R8 sunspear? (castilan)

if so, the priests won't give you anymore bounties, the only way to get R9 is by quests or wait until the elite mission comes out and see what happens.

If you are a high level, you cannot get low level blessing from them such as 1 pt per kill.

i'm lvl 8 and my tyrian and canthan chars are higher and they could do it before the update, didn't look at it yet
and then i wanna know how you know it about too high for it? i mean, my mo/r lvl 20 could do them before update, didn't check out yet as i said

EDIT: i have 120 points and yesterday i could do them with same amount of points and lvl

It is to high when you are Sunspear Castilian, like Rouge says, its rank 8 form then you need to do quests, and other stuff to get your points

get to a higher level area, it should allow you to gain points again.

By lvl8 they dont' mean your characters level they mean your sunspear level, which is displayed in the titles tab on your hero bar. When you reach certain sunspear levels you are deemed to powerful to accept bounties for killing low lvl enemies. If you need sunspear points just go to a higher lvl and get the bounty there or do some quests

Not sure if you are looking at your char's level, or at their Sunspear Promotion Points. Your char level doesn't matter - the bounties are cut off after a certain number of Sunspear Points.

Ow yes that is right, but i didn't get the question right, i thought he asked what he should do when he is LVl 8 of Sunspear rank.

But a lvl 20 char can't get the points of the scouts in Istani, because they are only 1 and you need 2500-15000 points at the mainland

mine sunspear lvl is 2, it's before getting second spear, don't remember the name

edit: i can do it with my e/mo lvl 18, but not with lvl 8 elonian character ... strange

As far as bounties go, you can continue to get all of them on Istan until you get to 1000 promotion points. So at level 2, you should be able to get them just fine. If you still can't, something is wrong. I just checked, and they work fine for me, so I have no idea what's going on.

oops wrong one, sry about the other post, i could do it before the update, but now i can't do it with any character

edit: then something is really wrong here, none of my chars can do it, and if you can do them with low sunspear lvl then why can't i?
i hope it's kinda bug they can fix... or else i'm f***ed up
i hope i can do it again soon...

EDIT 2: i have 2 accounts, my first one cannot get those blessings, just checked, my other account CAN get them
something is wrong with my first account, this suxx

EDIT 3 : i can get points but not in plains of jarin, which i didn't do before or after the update, i still like to do those

so i can't get blessings from those scouts in plains of jarin, what should i do? i still want them, my other account can use it, but my first one still can't, should i make a bug topic for this?
