Ok, we got the tapestry shard in pre-sear, post sear he broken flute, and no in nightfall is a preserved iris flower. If it were really a broken quest, would they keep putting this stuff in?
What I think, is that it is just an un-finished quest. perhaps in some future exspansion they will finsih the quest, make it a thank you for all the people have been playing GW from the beginning. So what could they possibly give as a reward? GWEN!
What I mean is, a hero Gwen. either she could be a monk or a warrior, a few years older than she was in pre. It would be the perfect reward for all the gwen fanatics out there like me. and it wouldn't be unbalancing or anything, since technicaly anyone can have a hero, and you can get heros in most any class already anyways.
Back to the quest, it would have to span all the exspansions, from pre-sear on. collecting all the clues she left behind, and tracking down leads. Eventualy someone would point you in the right direction, the battle islands perhaps, where you would show her your tapestry shard from so long ago. Then she would join you as a hero.
so am I crazy? is it bad for me to post stuff at 1:46am? Are you excited over the prospect of having that cute sex muffin following you once more? I know I sure am!

gwen is not in elona as far as i know, ive explored 100% with 2 chars without a single sighting :)
she is not at chantry of secrets.

As soon as anet reveal what happened to Gwen nearly every single Guild wars player will go find her just out of curiosity then get bored with her.
If Gwen is going to be revealed she will probably be in the new elite area but I wouldnt bet on it. Also according to the Guild wars timeline she should be 4 years older than in the searing if she appears in Nightfall (according to the manual's timeline).
