Alas, mine is only level 10 ATM, but sure is a lot of fun! I can't wait to get her up in levels, so I'd like to see somebody that's made it post a build as well.

Just be careful with that build. Most have the tendancy to think that Drain Psyche can make up for Health and Stamina(which is not the case). You may want to deeply consider the Fitness pool. And don't skip the snipe, you'll thank yourself later lol. Also, eh..I don't really want to get into opinion here, but I just personally find Mental Blast to be a bit of a let down. I chose Subdue instead, because I find it does more damage and always has that immobilization effect.

yea no doubt, i tried skipping fitness awhile back...bad, bad, bad idea T.T i'll tweak the build here and there to fit my likings, i like mental blast and subdue, i don't like total dom or levitate >.>;

i dont have a mind/psi dom, that build was just based off my knowledge, and i was just trying to help out the people who were asking for a sample build, so if you have any corrections to make, go for it, you seem to be the dominator person so youll prolly know alot more than me.

With mind/psy avoid those clocks, they be a bugger on heroes with so many of them around and being immune, almost puts you off being a psy hero 0_0 Villains however, more fun with the secondaries, and ncie and accurate in pvp :D

looks like a good build, you have Leaping as travel which is good, cause you get acrobatics which helps with knockbacks n holds, which is always helpful to a dom, you have a self heal from the medicine pool, which will help in pvp, hasten which is always useful to a pvper, and you have fitness, which helps any toon who has end issues, but maybe instead of hurdle you should get swift to give you a boost of speed, since you alrdy have a good jump power, and the primary and secondary power choices look good also, nice job :)

i read on one of the main forums to get 2-slotted hurdle to help with kiting and what not, so i think i'll stick with that...as for my build i'm actually surprised, i usually suck at slotting >.>;

I have a Mind/Psi Dom, got her up to about lvl 25 and stopped. I really needed to respec bad out of some things. However, I did learn a bit of what not to take.
Mesmerize & Mass Hypnosis are great if you are soloing. Sleeping enemies is practicly worthless in a group. This is doubly true if anyone can't stop launching AoEs.
Telekinesis is fun, but it is pretty much meant for groups due to its End drain. Just force the enemy into a corner and let the corrupters AoE them to death.
Confuse and Mass Confuse... lovely, but cuts the XP.
Psionic Dart, Mind Probe & Mental Blast are good for grouping against bosses and other dangerous enemies because it slows their recharge rate down. Soloing, the powers just don't make the cut for damage. With all your enemies slept/held, you don't need to slow their recharge rate. Perhaps these powers are better end game where enemies reduce the physical/energy damage, but most can't resist psi.
Telekinetic Thrust is nice for getting enemies away from you, but again, most of them are already held or slept and it doesn't do squat for damage. If you really want a good close range attack get Air Superiority to flip them around.
I guess what I'm saying is pick your powers on if you group or solo. That will leave you with more than enough Pool Powers to fit your needs.

And imagine that, about three quarters of the powers you mentioned, I did not take from the beginning nor do I allow my 50 mind/psy dominator to ever touch again lol. The following powers were those that I skipped:
Mesmerize- Making the enemy fall asleep is never as effective as holding them, simply because a single attack can wake the target up. A decent reason to choose this ability somewhere along the line however, would be to create a chain with Dominate and Levitate. Other than that, I chose Levitate over it from the beginning and needed the room for other things.
Confuse- Yes, confusing the enemy is the key to many kinds of tactics(especially while soloing), however it didn't fit my playing style. I'm not suggesting it being a bad thing to choose, because it simply is a decent asset. As for the experience loss...not an issue. One or two confused enemies can only do so much.
Mass Hypnosis- As I mentioned earlier, I would rather hold the enemies over making them fall asleep. In group situations it could spell disaster or a waste if you don't use it at the right time(i.e. hitting Mass Hypnosis during a full on team attack would have no effect, as any attacks from your own allies can wake an enemy up, usually a second after you hit the attack. This obviously goes double for AoE's).
On to the Psionic Assault..
Mind Probe- This is a decent melee attack that is ranked the third most damaging attack of the set, but the key word here is 'melee'. I personally avoid any of my dominators having the need to come too close to an enemy, I prefer ranged assaut, although it's a different story for both of my Grav/Ener dominators.
Mental Blast- Mental Blast annoyed me from the start. One, the casting time(before the fix) was too frustrating, two, it doesn't do as much damage as you want it to and three Subdue does more damage so I favoured it over Mental Blast, much to anyone's surprise.
Everything besides the previous mentioned, I took for my own build. :P
Levitate(Nice smashing damage, not psionic. I wanted to be a bit more selective), Dominate(Single hold, who honestly skips this..), Telekinesis(Very effective for me, especially with my recharge slots in order), Total Domination(An AoE hold, attacks wont break your grasp), Terrify(Fear is not as commonly resisted), Mass Confusion(Useful for certain situations, and fun to watch as well), Psionic Dart(Yes, we are all forced to have this), Telekinetic thrust(Massive knockback, keeps enemies away from melee range), Psychic Scream(Nothing special, strictly for damaging many at a time purposes), Drain Psyche( Extremely useful Buff and DeBuff), Subdue(Higher damage than Mental Blast, and can immobilize), Psionic Lance(Psionic snipe, longest ranged snipe in the game I believe) and Psychic Shockwave(Excellent damaging AoE that can disorient and recharges at a ridiculously fast rate, even without enhancements) for the win.
Oh..sorry if I keep rambling at this point in time, I am drinking lots of Ginger Ale.
