Epic Villains? 
I've heard that in I9 there will be Epic Villains available. Which will give me time to get my Stalker from 34 to 50. I'm sure that one of them will be the Nictus, but what will the other one be? Does anyone have any ideas or guesses on the second epic?

Positron said the Nictus (and potentially an 'evil' peacebringer) will be unlocked by achieving level 50, and will be available "when they are ready". There was no specific Issue mentioned in the w00t radio interview.

As far as the other ones, it was mentioned that they will probably NOT be unlocked by acheiving a certain level, but rather through badges or Strikes Forces...

Well, incarnates are like Statesman and Recluse, its sorta like a upgraded archetype, like statesman is a tanker incarnate and Recluse is a mastermind incarnate, and avilians will probably have something to do with flying and coralax we all know are enemies in CoV and there like, from underwater or something, the children or whatever i have no clue about though, these are just rumors
