i need help with adding animated rain to a sig or pic in photoshop.
like im curious to see how my current one would look with it.
if some1 can post how to add animated rain i would really like it.

i dont have photoshop elements and the 2 brushs that i need keep opening with elements....

so i cant get the first brush but i can download the second one(the lightning). it went to the photoshopcs2 folder but i can figure out how to use the brush.
