Well, seeing how no one online wanted to answer the question, I figured I'd take it here. What is the typical price on a Fiery Dragon Sword (Blue, 13-20, Sword 10 Req)?
I'll await an answer before I say how much I paid.

It's merchant fodder, if you paid anything over than what the merchant buys it for, you got ripped off sadly. And yes, this should be on the trade forum.

If you paid more than 250 gold for it, you got ripped off. Many people will give away better weapons than this for free if they find one.
Unfortunately, in the current market, any weapon that isn't max damage is worthless, as are most weapons that are not gold with a good inherent bonus, requirement (10 or less), and at least 1 good mod on it.
That sword isn't max, isn't gold, has no inherent from what you said, has a slightly bad requirement, and has only 1, largely undesirable, mod on it. Still, for your own use it can be great until you can find something better (which you will in plentiful amounts).

Well sadly, I paid 500g for it. I almost didn't too. Something didn't feel right, but I bought it anyways. Should of listened to instincts. At least the money I got for it came from a great sale of 4 Gargoyle Skulls and 8 Charr Carvings (200g each). I can always get more Skulls and Carvings, and can do it now with a new sword. :)
As for the 'wrong forum', I didn't see the Trading Post. Little new here, and don't hardly look below the first 3-4 Forums.

It's in my Sig. But for a bit of ease.
