Try farming the undead outside of Bergen Hotsprings in Kryta, I know they drop a lot of armors with runes although I'm not sue how high the gold rate is for them though a lot of minor runes are worth more than most golds anyways.
Just take Judge's Insight (smiting) and they drop real fast with a lvl 20.
