If you PvP much you can get over the 10k Limit. Myself I have 30k limit atm.

Gayle stated that the price would drop to approx 6k Faction very shortly however depending on rank for HA and wins in GvG you can hold more than 10k Faction, 60k is the most I've come across so far.
