| Fellow Ampers I need your help. |

3 days ago my warror finnaly became 12 month old (yay), but i runned on a bug or something.
I didn't get a mini pet =/. Tryed to logg out and logg back in but nothing happend. I tyepd /special and /bonus but nothing happend. It's really frustrated =/.
Please, do anyone have the same problem or have a solution to my problem.
Thanks for your help.
Here's a picture as proof as my Character is 12 month old.
I HAVE NOT DELETED MY MINI PET!!

Only a few weeks and I can talk about it ^^ 11 months on my warrior now.. oh and I deleted my 1st character allready, does that matter? My warrior comes 2nd after that.

Its not just you first character, each of your characters get a mini-pet on their birthday.......my account is something like 15 months old, and my oldest character is 14 months. And both my monk and warrior, who are over 12 months old, got their minipet.
If you didnt get one, try talking to the support about it, I dont think they can give you one, unless they can check their logs and see that you didnt truely recieve one.

I have sent a mail to ANet and they will look and see if they can fix the problem. Just hope it will be soon =)

Yes, I'm the one with the dumb logic, just bear with me. Have you gone through your entire inventory? Just so you know, when you recieve it, its not as a mini pet, but as an unopened present.

Yes i have looked through my entire invntory and yes i know it's not a "clean" mini pet that going to come in to my inventory. :P

have you typed bonus? cause i got my pet yesterday, didn't found it, typed /bonus an it was there.
