Ok I have been working on this build since I got to torment and it dose great against spike dmg
Since u can c the attributes above here are the skills
Energy-cast time-recharge
1-dwanas kiss/5-1-3/heal OTHER ally for 60 health +35 additional health for each hex or enchant on that ally (great for cheap big heal, especially on dervs)
2-orison of healing/5-1-2/heal ally for 70 health (another good saver heal I use a lot for myself but a good quick heal as well)
3-Heal Other/10-3/4-3/heal target ally for 180 health (very good major heal, as much as WoH just more expensive and can do netime)
4-Healing Touch/5-3/4-5/heal target touched ally for 60 health. Divine favor bonus is doubled for this skill (my main self-heal, and I have a high divine so that works that way also)
5-Ether Signet/0-1-60/signet. If you have less than 8 eng, gain 15 eng (this is my eng reg, in ra barley need to use this but only need in long battles)
6-Holy Haste/10-1-10/for 56 secs your healing prayer spells cast 50% faster. This ends if you cast another enchantment. (This is the first of our super combo which will be explained later)
7-Healers Boon (E)/-1(maintain)-5-1/4-10/while you maintain this enchantment your next 29 healing prayer spells cast 50% faster and heal for 50% more health (ok now this is your second part of the super combo, now with both of your enchants up you cast 100% faster and heal for 50% more)
8-Restore Life/10-8-5/touch the body of a fallen party member. They are revived to life w/ 65% health and 90% energy (this is your res, now this is for during battle reses because of something explained later)
SUPER COMBO-ok first thing you will do is cast healers boon and holy haste, thus effectively giving you a cast time cut in half TWICE
Here’s how it all works out

1-.25 secs-90 AND +52 per enchant/hex
2-.25 secs-105
3-0.1875 secs-270
4-0.1875 secs-90+90 (divine favor)=180
5-.25secs-XXX
6--XXXXX
7--XXXXX
8-2 SEC CAST- testing doesn’t show ne more health resed with
Ok as you can see this is major healing for lots of health, but the energy management is soso,
USAGE- this is pretty basic, b4 battle cast healers boon then holy haste, then don’t heal is they drop a lot wait for big heals or if ur monky since is tingling. So the usage is basic and so is the application
And b4 ne1 says I copied this off somewhere, I came up with this all impromptu so yea ne comments improvements ect are appreciated

my armor is energy armor w/ highet vig u can get (mine is minor patheteic i no)healing scalp and sup healing on it, now heres where i go kinda goofy and put a sup divine on, im an optimist and pretend ill never get attacked

Looks like a good build to me. I'll have to try it out some time to try it in RL battle though to be completely sure.

Nice build - creative use of a not so commonly used elite.
ok most will consider this being picky.... but I am, so it's ok.
I agree with skills 1-4, those are typical and great for a healing build.
skill 5 is very weak energy management, however it's halfway decent for a non-elite. I'd recommend popping in Divine Spirit instead, It's non-elite, lasts 14 seconds and makes all skills you cast in that 14 second range cost -5 energy (minimum 1e). 14 seconds is much longer than 15 energy will last when you're that low on energy in the heat of a fight. To top that off though, you get to take points off of inspiration magic to put back into divine favor or healing prayers.
Skills #6-7 are the ones i have problems with. You won't be casting 100% faster as each skill is 50%.
take a 2 sec cast time, cast 50% faster you cast at 1 second, chop it in half again and you're casting 75% faster than usual. (weak for most monk skills as the best ones are second cast or under anyway.) It would be better to drop holy haste completely and just use healers boon. You'll still get 2/3rds of the cast time bonus and all of the healing bonus, as well as opening up another skillslot for something more useful.
After that, i might as well mention that the "this is the first part of our super combo" is inaccurate. If you use holy haste before healers boon, you'll remove holy haste when you cast healers boon.
Now that you're on your way to having an extra skillslot, consider something like healing whisper - anything that is used for healing other people rather than yourself.
My last grief with this build; You have no condition or hex removal.

Great build imo, just tried it out. And yeah, energy management was an issue, however, with two monks in the mix you rarely touch your signet. Two superior runes is a bit much though, especially with healing touch and the touch res. I dumbed my stats down a bit and it still worked fine. Great idea, though you may consider swapping out the touch spells all together even for a skill like Healing Whisper, you may be near, but at least you wont get caught in a random AoE spell you never expected.

I got a question about Healers Boon, if u have casted say 25 healing spells while it's enchanting you, and stop maintaining it, and recast it, will it give you bonuses on 29 new or just 4 new?

if you re-cast it, it resets everything, your next 29 would have the effect.

Problem with divine spirit is it will dismiss holy haste (ok, you took it out). There other thing is a 2 second hard rez is AMAZING. Especially in Random Arenas. There is no better energy management than common sense (but sometimes that isn't enough) I've tried similar builds myself. Just without the Ether signet.

I really like holy haste, didn't think of trying it along with Healers Boon, sounds amazing. If you have the right weapon set, you could get a 20% chance at a one second hard res, and with restore life, which is the best in battle res, that's amazing. I will give this a shot once I cap Healers Boon. I just put Holy Haste into my normal WoH monk build. Had some energy problems in really long battles, which seem to happen quite a lot in Nightfall, but it works great. I used to get very frustrated about barely missing a WoH save. Now I get them almost every time.

I like the build Albino. I've used Healer's Boon since I was able to cap it. It finally is a viable replacement to WoH.
Aside from the signet (I've been using energy tap), I used Healing Whisper instead of Heal Other. I just stay away from most 10 energy cost skills (except healing Seed). I cannot tell you how long it has been since I stopped using Healing Breeze.
The guide was very well laid out and nicely explained. +cred for sharing it. :-)

Oh and whilst we're on the topic of Healer's Boon: I've tried a couple of times now to cap this with hench. Is it just me or is this boss really difficult to kill? I have the thing unlocked for PvP but decided I should probably get it on my PvE monk as well, and just found myself getting a little frustrated. Any ideas for killing him/the mob surrounding him are welcome.

yea it is really annoying, i eneded up hero/henching it
and i just posted this as a guide and i think it turned out nicely
alot lik above but almot more info and a lot of pictures of healing
i got i dwanas kiss earlyer healing for around 700hp, 2 meses on other team, we lost lol

I never managed to kill him, or anyone in his group, but I only managed to kill once, because it was on my ranger. I was set up as a barrager/interrupter though, so it shouldn't have been too hard. Though my team got owned, so I found another way past him after we ressed.
