Prolly Mind/Energy. Mind has nice mezzes and its damage is Psi, making it less defended against or resisted. Energy usually has the best amount of burst damage, not to mention Power Boost, which can help make up for the lower mezz values on a dom as compared to a troller. Thorny Assault has Aim, which can really help with making your mezzes hit. And /Psi is, well, psi damage, rarely resisted or defended against.
Be warned, Doms have a hard time in PvP. Break Frees negate their primary, and their secondary is lacking without Domination, which is harder to build in PvP. Trollers can kinda get away with it, because their secondary is buff/debuff, which is harder to negate. You'll do alright, but a skilled foe will likely be able to beat you without some major luck.

I have a Psi/Thorns Dom and shes pretty nasty. Good De-Buffs from the Thorns and Psi is always hard resist.

Good damage
Mind is the least resisted damage type, and you get confuse :P
Ice does good damage, and slow (though downside is higher end cost)
Slow is good in PvP
Ice also has power boost :)

You get an ice sword :D

Mind/Ice is probably correct. Actually, every time I join an arena match with a 50 dom, on two accounts someone asked me right away; 'Are you a mind/ice dom? o.o' This coming from a Scrapper in one case, and a brute in the other. The combination is deadly with the psionic holds, -speed -recharge debuffs and the good damage ice attacks do.
