Talk to the Canthan Ambassador[Guild Halls] in the Great Temple of Balthazar. He can show you every guild hall from all three campaigns. According to guildwiki, you can even by Nightfall guild halls without having Nightfall.

Same place you buy the other guild halls. Namely, you talk to a Canthan Ambassador [Guild Halls] person, whom can be found in Great Temple of Balthazar, Kaineng Center, and Lion's Arch, select the desired Guild Hall from their list (Nightfall halls are at the bottom), and then give the Ambassador in the Hall that you are sent to a Celestial Sigil to finalize the transaction. There are Celestial Sigil traders in all of the "preview halls."

You can buy NF (Nightfall) Guildhalls when you talk to the guildhall seller person. When NF was added, they added these halls:
Guild Wars Nightfall
Uncharted Isle
Corrupted Isle
Isle of Wurm(s)
Isle of Solitude
They just added them.
