Here are my system's specs...
PROCESSOR: Intel Pentium 4 Processor 524 (3.06GHz, 533FSB)
OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows XP Media Center 2005 Edition
MEMORY: 2GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 533MHz- 2DIMMs
HARD DRIVE: 160GB Serial ATA Hard Drive (7200RPM) w/DataBurst Cache
OPTICAL DRIVE: 48X CD-RW/ DVD Combo Drive
VIDEO CARD: 512MB ATI Radeon X1600 Pro PCI-E
INTERNET CONNECTION: DSL

Wow, looks like you have a great rig and it should run fine on most of the time but some zones are notoriously laggy at times no matter what your settings are. (Ruins of Varsoon, Nektelos Castle, and DeathFist Citadel all come to mind) I would suggest maybe on weekends and peak times or when you know you are going to be raiding or going into those zones that you might turn your setting down for those times. Boy but you sure have all the important bases covered like a great video card, lots of ram, and a good internet connection.
I play on an older system with:
P4 2.0 GHz, Win XP Pro, 1 GB of ram, and old 40 GB ATA-33 drive, 1.5 MB DSL and play with the game on the next to the lowest settings and still amaze friends with the graphics.
I started the game with a P3 1.2 GHz and 512 ram and found that to be unbearable but what I have now is playable and fun though it tends to slowdown for a few weeks everytime a new expansion comes out.
