I like both of them. The avatar could use some touching up though.

Ah i see, the avatar is blurry because the original was 40x40 cause that was the max my guilds forum could handle i'll fix it right away.

It's good, but I would advise you either change the background or the writing colour, sometimes with a few of the names, the bright fire in the middle means you cant read the writing fully, Other than that, It's perfect :D.
