I've been trying for days to create an account on the official Dungeon Runners Forum, but no matter what I do I just keep getting the same error message:

We were unable to verify your login. Either your login information was entered incorrectly, or the account system is currently unavailable. Please check the normal downtime schedule and announcements at www.dungeonrunners.com.
Please log in using the Dungeon Runners game account you wish to manage.

I have a PlayNC master account and I tried to sign in using that account name and password, but still no luck.
I've seen lots of welcome messages to new forum members on the site, so obviously some people are able to sign up. Why doesn't it like me? Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

only beta testers can access it - even though they state that the boards are now live
i had the same problem but got on because someone reffered me

First of all, can you log in to your regular NCSoft account page? That you can reach via http://plaync.com. If you can't log in there (like I couldn't at first) ask for password reminder. There is an option at the bottom. If will ask DOB and secret question, I believe. That will reset your password. (Going to the ncsof account page is the first step, since you need to enter your beta code there.)
But my password mishaps continued. Not feeling to proud of this :)
After I added the code I received an email directing me to the DR forum boards. The first time you go there you must click on 'new user' on top. You have to do this even if you already have a NCSoft account. On the page that follows you to enter a forum name (which will be different from your account name) and a password.
Once you have done that you can go back to the first page and login. I tried ncsoft name+password and forum name+forum password a few time without luck. So I asked for password reset. Which went pretty easy, so I got in. But afterwards I realized that I probably had to enter ncsoft name+forum password. So I made ncsoft and forum password the same to avoid locks up in the future.
And then I got to the download instruction page, download everything, patched it all up, and now I try to log in. But I am not stuck on 'connecting to server'. I guess at 2am CST the servers might be down.

Hehehe it's a real pain isn't it? I've never had so much trouble signing up to a forum before.
Ah well, I don't have a game invite yet (I've got my fingers crossed that somebody will take pity on me) so that's probably what the problem is.
Looks like I'll just have to wait until I can play the game before I can create a forum account *bummer*. Anyway thanks for the replies.
