Attention all Villains.
A unified contest with the Heroes is being posed to us. Below, you see a note from the Heroes Site Manager, Grif with the invite. What say you? This will be the official Winter Costume Contest 2006 for CoX and the plan is to have it on Triumph in Pocket D for next week around the 21st, 22nd or 23rd. The final date will be decided based on interest, etc. If anyone is interested in participating let's post up and/or ante up some Infamy for the prizes. A good time will be had by all so with that being said...
Let's get out your best Holiday attire, hunt down those extra outfit selections and bring your best 'duds' and come ready to party.

Ok, so some of you may of not have seen the thread about Winter Event (on CoH Amp) where an amper asked if we were going to do something (contest wise). I did advise that we had nothing on site but in game we could do something.
Suggested a costume contest, everyone dress up in there best Winter Event attire for a panel of judges (staff members...and maybe a special amper judge). This event would be open to both Heroes and Villains. We would give influence/Infamy to the top 3 from each side. I figured we would need about 3 mill to cover both sides. I can donate an0d plenty of other ampers said they would too. This event would be held in Pocket D...the Winter Chalet.
So if you would like to be a judge or donate funds please let us know. I figured we could do this no later than the 23 nd which I believe is Saturday or something. So between Thursday and Saturday...I prefer Friday or Saturday because I have soccer on Thursdays.
In addition to the costume contest, I even mentioned we could do games involving skiing and such. Maybe give out little influence/infamy prizes or even enhancements/inspiration to winners (so that everyone doesnt go away empty handed).

I would have come, if it weren't for the fact that I have no high level toons on triumph (or any for that matter) that I would be able to dress up properly and that I'm going to be in Myrtle Beach that week. Oh well. *shrugs*
