Im just curious, if i take a screen shot, how and i to remove the background so i can add my character to a signature for example?

to take the interface out, just hit ctrl+shift+H. That takes out the interface, so you can take a nice clean shot. Also, I think if you hit Shift+PrintScreen, it takes away the interface, takes the shot, and puts it back. Not sure if that is the button combo, but the first one should work :)

Well, there are many ways to do it... I love using the magnetic lasso tool from Photoshop and like to think I have "mastered" it.... hehe... anyways if your a beginner and using paint then you could check out this guide, made by Lord_Gkar.

I know how to do that, i mean ofter you have a screen shot, how can you take out the picture and leave just your character

I can't tell you much until I know what you have... MS Paint? Photoshop? Paint Shop Pro?
