i've looked and didn't see anything but thought i might have missed it. does anyone now of a skill probably for a nec or mes that spreads hexes to adjacent foes similar to how epidemic spreads conditions?

I'm certain that skill doesn't exist. I remember looking for a skill like that a while back. If such a skill was produced it would be so overpowered that it would need to be an elite with large drawbacks.

Closest mesmer spell is the elite "shared burden" (For 3...14 seconds, target foe and all nearby foes move 50% slower), capped from Factions (Deeproot Sorrow in Mourning Veil Falls, and Kenrii Sea Sorrow in Silent Surf).

Meh... "shared" is really just another way of saying AoE hex, which there are plenty off.
I'm 99% sure the hex spreading skill doesn't exist. This might be a useful resource for the creative build process though:

I think he wanted a spell that would spread such spells as Spiteful Spirit or Spoil Victor to foes rather than just spells to hex multiple people :)
There aren't any spells like that, though. If you're needing an AoE spell that triggers extra effects on Hexed foes, such as Feast of Corruption, you'll have to use an AoE hex.
