| some monk ideas- share yours too. |

i was trying mo/d with veil of thorns or fleeting stability. only downside is vot's annoying upkeep. also i think shield guardian is underused. a prot/ divine monk will heal for 100+ with divine not counting the dmg mitigation from its block. its also spammable although its 10 nrg its a 100+ heal. leave thoughts. ty

I know this may seem wierd, and people might not like this.
The monk styreotype is a healer, booner, protector. Yet in FoW almost all creatures r undead. Yet never once has a smiter joined any party i was in. infact a monk said as a joke he was a smiter and people in the party laughed.
Wat im trying to say is there should be more smiters in FoW.

i agree more smiters are needed and not just in FoW i mean in all of GW, i mean it's a whole attribute that is hardly used...just my 2 cents

well as monks are a core char i'd have thought that after 2 years nearly of them being around that ppl would be using and used to smiters now :S

well i use when i am a smiter, useually solo
Sig oJ
Holy strike
bane sig
banish
smite hex
mend ailment
orison of healing and
healing touch
smite max, divine at 8, heal at 8 and rest in prot
It's simple build but works for me ^_^

Im gonna try Mo/Rt some time after my tyrian monk is lvl 20 and gets to LA so i can get to The balthazar temple, because i found if your lvl 20 and not ascended or closer to start you can change the 2nd'ary...

actually you have to be ascended or closer to the stars, or have beat the command post quest to be able to change your second profession...if im not mistaken
