Where are the holiday NPC's? All i have seen are Grenth, Dwayna, The Arena Guy, and the new much loved by lots of players: The Hat guy. But where are the npcs that collect things in exchange for Eggnog and other such holiday items?
Another thing, do you think they will fix the hat guy so he can copy someone elses hat for you so someone can practally give you a copy of their halloween, santa hat..etc...and you will be able to make it for yourself and the rest of your characters? i think that would be cool.

Um, i think the people who give out the candy cane weapons (thats a rumor going around) and dwayna and grenth with the hats/ horns (if their going to do the same thing this year) is coming on Jan. 1

I didn't see any holiday collectors this year, so they may not be adding them. That, or they just felt that people collecting thousands of Candy Canes was a bit rediculous and don't want people to have the ability this time around.
And they'll never break the hat guy so he makes it possible to copy other people's hats. If you can copy other people's hats, you can get any hat on any character, even if you weren't at the event they were available at, and the hats won't be special anymore.

I beleive Wintersday is going to be like an advent calendar... they will keep on adding and giving stuff up till the final day(Jan. 1st) where there will being giving out the hats and all the prizes ^_^

Gaile herself has said collectors will be here in a few days. This is exactly how it was last year, and for both halloween events. First the decor came, a few days later the NPC's(for quests, collectors etc.)

i have Dragon Masks for my assassin in my storage, but I deleted him... Can I get those hats from storage and make all my chars a dragon hat?

all holiday items are customized to the char who was there to recieve them. not even your other characters can wear them.

Nope. The char that they're customized for has to show 'em to the hat dude before you can buy them for your other chars.... since he's been deleted, they're useless.

Ok, a little update, reading some Gaile logs on gwonline:
December 22(tomorrow): Quests in LA/Kamadan
December 23(saturday): MISSIONS in LA/kamadan
Yes, missions....and she also said the collectors will arrive in time. :P
