Ok now i can play GW with great ease and most other games just fine on the video card i have now. I WAS happy with it until i bought Oblivion.
I cant run that game worth anything!
I'm running a ATI Radion 9200 chipset and i need a new one that wont break the bank and wont smoke my ancient cpu!
Plz help i know i may be asking the impossible but thats never stopped me b4!

Sorry, should have given more info before.
Built by my cousin. (Works for Google, knows more about a cpu than I will ever care to know)
Motherboard – Abit IS7-V Socket 478 system board
Pentium 4 2.8 GHz
System Memory – 1GB
Video Card - Radeon 9200 128 MB memory
Did I miss anything?

What would break the bank?
What is your current systems:
Processor?
Motherboard?
RAM?
Power Source Wattage?

i had an 9250 and had problems running oblivion, a way around the pixel shader is to use the "oldblivion" mod which is a good stop gap until you can get a better card. It doesn't look as pretty and there is a frame rate hit, but atleast it played without displaying a full white screen. It's not perfect, but it might hold you over for a little while.
