At all events we get special hat, last christmas we got Yulecap and Horns of Grenth, what do you think we will get this winter?

I think it will be the same..just a bit different in looks.
This has probably been answered already, but the hat maker lady...she is there to take care of our inventory needs, I understand? Does this mean when we have her see a hat, we can delete it and then have her make a new one at the next festival for 10g? That she will always remember which ones we have had?

Yeah, she will remember every hat you have showed her, and will remake it on any character for 10gold

I think that, like Halloween, the hats from Lion's Arch will be similar, with a few small changes. And I think the hat (that Dwayna gives out) in Kamadan will be an elf hat of some kind.

As far as the Yule Cap, I'm thinking maybe a green variant instead of red? Mainly because of the fact that all the items from last year that were red are now green, like the new Candy Cane Weapons (Wintergreen Weapons) and the Wintergreen Candy Canes, with exception to the Candy Cane Shards.
Just a thought. :)
Edit: Okay I just took a look at the candysmith, the old red candy cane weapons are still there, but I still think a green Yule Cap is probable.

As far as I understand, the hat maker will be there all the time from now on so you can get your hats anytime, not just during the next festival.

Grenth and Dwayna should make their first appearance at 12:01am PST (8:01am GMT, 3:01am EST) on the 31st. And will come either every 2 or 3 hours til the last visit and Grand Finale at 12:01am PST on the 1st.
As for what Hats we will get. I really would like to know. x.x Since we got different stuff for the Halloween Event, and not the same Crown from 2005. They might be giving out different items this year.

Just adding to what Odin said, yes the Festival Hat NPCs are permanent now. I made a point to ask while Gaile was in Kamadan last night and she confirmed that they are.

Are I΄m completely wrong,, or is it new years eve. Grenth vs Dwayna comes ?. cause then i think it΄s a crazy date for those things. Maybe the first hours in great, but the rest of the night all us "KIDZ" :D. will be out and burn fireworkz.. and things like that,.

No, they have to be customised for a character on your account =)
