Can anyone give me some suggestions on what kind of monk my Tahlkora hero should be, because she is a Blessed Light monk atm, but always dies really fast. + cred to helpers.

since she dies fast i cant think of 1 thing; have you set her to avoid combat? when you open the heros skill panel there are 3 icons on the right side, one dove, a shield and a sword. Click the dove icon and she will run away from battle but still heal/protect.

Yeah mriswith, that was the first thing I did. Blessed Light isn't so good for her i guess since she is almost always stuck with 5 energy. Anyone have a good hero build?

well for thalkora i use the following
Mo/Me
1) prot spirit
2) shield of deflection
3) reversal of fortune
4) life sheath
5) mend ailment
6) inspired hex
7) aegis
8) resurrect chant
it works charms for me...
If you want to set her to heal; make her a WoH monk.
1) Word of Healing
2) Orison of Healing
3) Jameis gaze/heal other
4) sig of rejuvination
5) healing breeze
6) inspired hex
7) healing touch
8) ressurect chant

One thing you could do is not fill up the skill bar. For instance, give her 2 or 3 spells that can be cast quickly(so she doesnt get hurt while casting), and fill the rest up with mesmer interrupts or cheap defense boosting skills or block/evade skills. At least that way its harder to run out of energy and she wont be spamming stuff like heal party.
