hello gampamp and i would like to introduce myself i am the newest member of gameamp lanna i just wanted to get my name out there but now for the real reason i am posting here.
i would like to know what is the best class in nightfall is i have played guildwars and guildwars factions and i got nightfall for x-mas (ty lil bro) and i was wanting to know whats the best theres the base chars warriors,rangers,monks,mages and i heard something about paragon and dervish now i have played all the base chars and am thinking of playing a dervish or paragon but not sure wich one was better and wasent sure what the main focus of a paragon or a dervish would be so if someone could tell me a lil bit about paragons are dervishs i would be very greatful ty in advance.

I personally like to play the dervish over the paragaµon,
you can use elite avatars and I like the damage the dervish does ;-)
Paragon is great as a boost for the entire party ;-)
have fun trying them out =)

thanks Tribina i think ill try the dervish sense u said they do lots of damage and can use avatars wich i dont understand what that dose but it sounds cool and ya my lil bro is pimp its wired its like 99.9% of the time your lil bro or sis is annoying but i got lucky and got the 0.1% of the cool bros lil.

when you are in the avatar state, you turn into one of the five gods, not into another character. the five gods are balthazar, dwayna, lyssa, melandru, and grenth. each god can perform different things, for example: when you transform into balthazar, you gain +40 armor and you move 33% faster, and your attacks deal holy damage. the only bad thing is that these avatars only last for a limited amount of time.

P.S.: I would rather play as the dervish, but paragon is cool 2, but i just made my warrior a secondary paragon and that is still pretty fun.

id say you should do a dervish cause they are big AOE damage dealers. it depends..if you liked ranger alot then go for paragon, if you liked warrior alot..then go for dervish

WELCOME TO GAMEAMP LANNA!!!
I like to play dervish because 1. they use SCYTHES!! 2. they deal a huge amount of damage. 3. They look awesome(sweet armor).
Paragons are cool too, but most people like to deal heavy damage(more fun) but the paragons have shouts and echoes that affect the party and give them boosts and look awesome too with their armor and spears. They are a really helpful class, but not my number 1 preference.
