Hi Guys I need some StormWind spices to finish a quest any idea on how to get them? Is it a drop or something?

Fragrant Flowers is the name of the shop in Stormwind that you need. You can find the shop on this map. It is labeled "florist". It is on the north side of the Trade District. On the outerside (the one by the canels).
