i currently have Shadow Fall on my zombie MM,how should this power be slotted to most effective??? Any and all help would be GREATLY appreciated.

You should slot it with three end reduxes and put the rest on Howling Twilight. If possible six slot HT with three recharges and three disorients. IMO Shadow Fall isn't really worth it. The same defense can be found in stealth (for everything, not just those three damage types) and that path opens up Invis which is extrememly useful for MMs. Also you can delve into leadership (tactics) for a much better fear resistance (60% compared to 5%) plus a great perception boost with a strong confusion resistance, all in one power. And if you pick up Manuevers as your first leadership power, you can get an even better defense bonus to things people actualy hit you with. Also, you'll be able to pick up Soul Mastery's resistance power later on, which has a much higher resistance that Shadow Fall. So, really, you're better off dumping this sub-par Shadow Fall and delving into Leadership, and Concealment. Although it may be costly (slot wise) it will make a huge difference in most battle situations.

Damage resistence. The key to Shadowfall, beyond it's stealth capabilities, is its resistence to energy and, most importantly, psionic damages. It's one of the few powers in the game offering psi resistence. The defense bonus offered by Shadowfall is mainly there so that you are less likely to be hit by any stray attacks while trying to be stealthy. Once you've attacked, the defense bonus is cut in half the same as with any stealth-granting power.

damage resist is definitly better, sure you get hit but when you do you dont take alot of damage, while with defense you have a good chance of not getting hit but when you do you take full damage, therefore you will probaby die faster.

aight guys stop it stop it its killing me......6 slot it i am not telling you this again 6 slot it three damage resit and three defence it makes you and your pets harder to kill believe me i have a lvl 50 necro dakr mm it works

you must pack alot fo blues in your bag cause no end reduces on it, will kill your end, even with Stamina, cause dont forget all those other toggles/powers you use, and they cost a hefty amount of end aswell.

To be fully effective Leadership powers (minus assault) need to be 6 slotted. If you plan on getting any though make sure you'll be able to commit to at least three slots just for End Redux.

3 end redux is a waste. 2 is more than enough, but that's because end redux enhancements suffer from another form of ED already.
Manuevers is not worth the end it takes to run unless alot of people on the team has it for stacking purposes. It's roughly 2.65% defense for a mastermind. Fully slotted thats about 5% defense.
Grab assault to get to tactics.
Shadow Fall should be slotted 2 end redux/3 damage resist. Fully slotted with SO's thats about 30% resistance to energy, neg energy and psionic. To yourself, your minions and your teammates.
