Just go buy them...so long as you have greater faction for the side you're buying you'll be fine. I have Kurzick armour on 2 chars and we are Luxon aligned.

really??? coolz. cuz i got the kurzick armor, but when i went to cavalon to get the luxon one, the armor dude blew me off. so i thought i could only choose one, but thanks for the info.

The town you are buying from also has to be Luxon owned.

To buy something from a Luxon/Kurzick armor, Merchant or rune trader. You need to have more faction of Kurzick/luxon then the opposite faction

Of course, you need to have befriended the luxons in order to be able to get the merchant to allow you to buy the armor. That involves getting 10k unspent faction for them, although I'm assuming you already have that covered.

Anyway, good luck with that.
