i have an order necro and im wondering wat do i do do i just keep casting order of vamp every 5 secs or do i do something more

i find bringing both orders a waste. yea it keeps one from running out so its always up, but even so theres usually breaks anyways when they are doing something else.
The build i use and like a lot is
1 Awaken the blood
2 healing breaze
3 order of the vampire
4 heal party
5 aegis
6 blood ritual
7 mending
8 rebirth
i use a totem axe and the =15 energy -1 regen cesta, and use a few superior runes to lower my health to around 300.
I use mending on both myself and the minion master (sometimes the monk too), and although its only 1 energy regen, as long as things are dying im casting spells, and i always make sure im the first to rebirth a fallen member.
Basically its spam the crap out of 1 and 3, hit 5 whenever its recharged, use 4 after oov when not using aegis, and use 2 when necessary, and of course br the monk and mm when they need it.
Its a slow start and can drain energy fast if u spam skills to quick, but once pets and enemies start dying, and the mm has built up his minions and they start dying, energy isnt a problem. just pay attention to when the battle ends so u dont use up all ur energy befoer the start of the next one. if that happens just take off mending for a bit.
with about 280 health u wont really need healing breaze bc mending and then heal party will take care of it. however if u r about to use br and oov put it on first.
and most important STAY BACK. with low health u cant afford to be targeted.

Well you cant have order of the vampire up forever :-P, So while order of the vampire is down, use ordeer of pain

Sure you can. OotV has a 5-second cooldown, 2-second casttime, and 5-second duration. With an Enchanting mod, you have 6 seconds of OotV, and during the last second you'll begin recasting it.
Having both Orders is still useful, though, since you can cast OoP if OotV is interrupted or disabled, but unless you expect these to be a problem, it is safe to drop OoP.

Agreed.
Here's the build I use on my pure support necro (N/Me):
Max Blood + headgear + major rune
8-9ish Illusion magic
Rest Soul Reaping, a bit of Death Magic
Blood Renewal
Order of the Vampire
Blood Ritual
Dark Aura or Necrotic Traversal (PvE) - Res Signet (PvP)
Plague Touch
Illusion of Weakness
Distortion
Well of Blood
With a 20% longer enchantment mod you can squeeze 2 OotV within a Blood Renewal. I use Kazwa's Gluttony or a crafted Insightful staff of Enchanting.
Nihzu Fleshmonger - N/Me (Usually SS/echo)
Nihjin Uro - N/A (Gotta love the tag ;D)
Nihzu Goreweaver - N (Pre-Searing only)
Nihm Baalh - N/P (Spear throwing voodoo madman)
Cadavre Cannibale - N/W (Experimenting)
Hrafnulfr Tyr - R/W
Nihto Uro - A/N (Nihjin's lil bro)
Chikushou Kisama - Mo/E (R.I.P. Survivor title)
Nihdel Baalh - D/Rt (That's the plan anyway...)

awaken the blood and orders?
i know its 2 more attrib points but for some1 who spam sacrifice spells i whuldn't recomend it
when i order i bring
order of pain
order of vamp
blood ritual
heal area
rebirth
and the rest of the skills vary depending on where i am
then i just stand in the bg spamming orders and self heal

Try running your Order with Life Attunement and Heal Area, I used to BiP in The Deep this way. With 8 Prot & 8 Heal you can heal back the 33% sacc from BiP (at approx. 400hp)so I'm damn sure you can make up the sac from OoV.
This also allows you to take Mend Ailment & Rebirth so you can be pretty self sufficient and if your Monk's using Heal Party you might not have to heal much at all.

Meh orders are generally useless unless your fighting in a barrager team or an all dervsih group ect... YOu might wanna switch to ss or spoiol vicor they are generally more useful builds in groups.

With PvP I always used a combo of "SS" and "Insidious Parasite" on warriors and assassins. I used N/Mo because of "Restfull Breeze", but if you go for N/Me and put "Empathy" on them you kill them in no time. It's still better for you to stay in a group.
Didn't saved the template so I can't put that down here, but maybe I remember them:
1.Enfeebling Blood
2.Spiteful Spirit
3.Insidious Parasite
4.Optional*
5.Suffering
6.Parasitic Bond
7.Plague Sending/Plague Touch
8.Restfull Breeze
Stuff like:
Fainthartedness
Barbs
Shadow of Fear
Stuff like that.
I hope you can use this build, I can realy advise it to you and it took me some time to think of all of it ^^

ss insidus and reckless haste are great for pve aswell ;P
for ss'ing in pve i usually go with
