Erm, non max, bad stats, it's merchant food I'm afraid. Perhaps salvage mod, but it's not really anything special.

What about a Celistal Hammer of Warding with max damage
+17% damage while hexed
and +7 Armor

well, a normal price check needs a req listed to even get close, but as is, merchant fodder imho, the max 'while hexed' is 20%, which isnt very popular anyway
