Though it wasn't available in beta, perhaps the level 70 dungeons have access to the Dungeon 3 items.

I love Blizzard's creativity with the dungeon sets, they really put a lot of time into these. Just look at Dungeon Set 2, it's a FULL recolor of Dungeon Set 1. It seems they've really outdone themselves with Dungeon Set 3, for most of the sets they've taken Tier 3 and toned it down a bit and done another recoloring. They really spent some time on these sets.

Sigh, when will Blizz learn.

I saw another preview video of the dungeon 3 set. It was basically a remix of what Neggie posted, but it referenced Black Citadel specifically. The Black Citadel thing is why I downloaded it...that the new 8 piece set? dungeon 3? and from the Black Citadel? Doesn't seem likely, but worth mentioning.

Yep, not from Black Temple, and not an 8 piece set. They're 5 piece sets from the lvl 70 and high 60 5mans. They remind me of tier .5
