Okay can someone tell me what Game Amp Credit is? I have been sitting at 30 for along time now. Even tho I have been posting and what not. So I guess I dont know what it is LOL. Do we have a store where we can buy things at using the credit? Can I get a gameamp shirt that says something like "If you like this shirt, you can get it with Gameamp Credit." I was just curious. This is what happens when you get bored at your job. =)

Credit or Credibility are points (essentially) you earn from doing various things on site or receiving of rating on one your post. Submitting articles, news, guides, tips/hints, badges, screenshots, missions and some other items will award you a specific amount of credibility. As you gain this credit you earn levels on the site. For instance I have 7285 credit points since I joined CoH at Gameamp. My level is 18 and my title for that level is Trial Champion. Your credit doesnt go site wide so on each site you visit on the network you will be zero. But in your Profile you can see your overall credit tally from all the sites you frequent and submit on.
Currently the only benefit from credibility is discount for t-shirts but since everything is 50% that is null/void till shirts go back to full price. Oh and you can have bragging rights on other people but that only gets you so far. Now as a t-shirt idea thats pretty good...maybe we can get one that says "I earned credibility on Gameamp.com and all I got was this lousy T-shirt!" then a smirking Ampy on the backside or something.
If you want to earn credibility submit things to the site for approval. Or hope to get rated by your peers when you make a post in the forums. And just to help you I will rate your 1st post with some credit.

Oh okay, I didnt realize that was why the rating thing was there. That makes sense then. That way you dont get credit for silly things that really dont benefit anyone. I like that shirt Idea by the way. We could also have one that says something like "Give me some gameamp credit or I will challenge you to take Bigs Hamburger."

DF if your reading this thread can we get Big a specially made sig....Im thinking something with maybe the Hamburgler or something to that effect. Maybe we can get Nogame to allow Big a name change and call him Mayor McCheese! Burger Fetish!
