What build for soloing uw do u like the best?

E/Me....got the build off guru....thinking of writing it up for AMP.
Its only a smite run(no aataxes), but the whole run takes 10-12 minutes. :)

If started to grow fond of ->this<- Mo/Me build
Also VWK ritualist is fun to play.
Cant say i have solo'ed UW with any other profession, but these 2 work well. Might take some time, but i always enjoy just being there.
Also; if played carefull, duo Mo/x + SS/SV necro still works.
Necromancer all the way

I won't tell my self-made build but it's great for soloing the hardest and most lucrative parts of UW: Chaos Planes, Bone Pits and Spawning Pools. There's nothing like having a friendly tete-a-tete with 30+ Mindblade Spectres and Terrorweb Dryders at once. Bonus points for doing in the disguise of Dwayna's Little Helper :D

i just love it when ppl say they have an axtra powerful build, but its a secret.why do you even mention it if you are not willing to share it with us?
also i doubt a solo build is able to do what you say.

You must remember that the mind things are mesmers and all mesmers have a energy limit. More than likely she drains their energy and has some sort of AoE spell. So possible she has a Mo/Me, combining with spell breaker your 1 step closer to make a good solo build.

Theres a solo ele build that does work for smites AND axxates, its on wiki though...

Just to mention that it is indeed possible. It's my own build and I happen to think that copycats are lame. But if you find an equivalent, or the same, build by your own effort then I won't mind. Somebody already had the right idea - the places I mentioned are full of spellcasters which are quite harmless if they can't cast their spells.

I know, but for 1) I dont have factions and. 2) Its a LOT slower than just a smite run. Each group of smites die in less than 10 seconds(they act different everytime so some large groups can take longer to kill). The longest part of this run is waiting on the coldfires to move out of the way.

Yeah but to get to the chaos planes you need to at least beat the graspings which are warriors and pack a decent punch, so now you have to be able to take on melee also at least in a limited amount, not to mention you have to run by all the behomoths.. To do the bone pits you have to be able to deal with necromancers also.
From experience I can say that pre-nerf it was possible to do a 2 man run that clears most of UW, we haven't tried since because it takes so long its not worth it. But you needed 2 because you needed different spells to deal with different enemies.
I may be close minded but solo builds are usually for taking out a certain types of enemy, especially after all the different nerfs. To solo so many portions of UW solo seem a little bit unfeasible as you would have to combat a variety of different enemies, but I guess you never know. This would definatly be something I would have to see to believe, but if you can do it who sais you have to prove it to anyone.

Here's another shot from the same run:
I've included the compass part which shows that the only non-red dot on the map is indeed my little elf. Concerning grasps and behemoths, my build is not intended for farming them so it's a matter of choosing your fight. Besides, compared to those the Charged Blacknesses are much more dangerous with their tendency to use Shock.
I'm fully aware that nothing short of taking people down there with me will prove that this is possible (I can hear someone cry "Photoshop" already :D) and that's one thing that I won't do for obvious reasons. But I'm quite content at having proved it to myself at least.

I'm really enjoying using the W/Rt smite solo for the UW atm. It's sooo easy once you get used to it and only takes around 20-30 mins, (not the fastest I know but it's a change). :)
