Can I say more? we have a "date" for open beta!!!. April 07 for open beta release in may for EU and Q2 - Q3 for the rest of the world. Now...that still means like six months for us in AM but I thinkit'll be worth the wait =).

Excellent news and thanks for posting it. Everything about Spellborn reminds me of some of the better aspects of Shadowbane and Dark & Light so I am sure things will start buzzing around this section of GameAmp soon.

I just hope they don't use the hoppie in a TV add...if they did that nobody would buy it lol.
I can see it now...50 max lvl players all up agenist the hardest boss in the game...the super hoppie!

Actually, a friend of mine said the only way he would buy it and pay the monthly fee was if he saw a hoppie on television.

Hoppies just sound to much like something you'd put something in and then sit on.... don't know why.
Anyway, the open beta should be very interesting, bring to light things that we don't know about yet!

Um.... I thought long and hard about it, but just could not come up with anything that I "put something in and then sit on". Is there anything other than hoppies you do this to?

No seriously, I was somehow connecting it to a cooler (igloo thingies that you'd take on picnics)... open the lid, put the food or whatever back inside, sit back down because it's more comfortable than a rock.
