Where can i find Primevil Vendor?

So yeah.. here i am making a new set of platemail for my war..Decided i wanted to pop some dreadnought on it for 100 armor/piece.. bought the insignias...And they wouldn't attacth to my Platemail...at first i though it was because my plate already had +10 ele...tried it on some knights...still wouldn't work...wtf..

Anyone know why i can't attach the insignias?

Insignias only work on armor bought in Nightfall.

Firstly welcome to GuildWars@GameAmp.

As to your question. The Platemail armor is from the Prophecies chapter, before Insignias was around, and thus you can't equip them on anything made before Nightfall. Perhaps this will change in the future, but right now only armor bought in Elona can be plastered with insignias. :)

dang >.<. i was hoping for 100 AR per piece..Time to sell my full plate set and try to find some NIghtfall armor with similar stats.. and ty for the warm welcome.

Oh and also...was searching thru armor sets...turns out im better off with plate. but for looks after i farm a little more im gonna switch ot Primevil set with dreadnoughts. Im on the mainland in nightfall now and i was wondering where to find the vendor for primevil. would be perfect for my W/E build.

Primevil armor is EndGame armor. You will be able to access the vendor once you beat the the last mission. But you will have to finish the mission each time you wish to see him. :)

You buy it in the area you go to after beating the final mission for 15k plus materials each piece.

hmmm...guess i better stop solo farming bug swarms outside Yohlon Haven and start the story then huh? after i dye my platemail blue and salvage the runes from my Knights set that is...

Pooned Proph with my war/ele build and now i gotta do the same to Nightfall >:)

Primevil will be mine.

To be more specific, you require 75k in gold, 400 bones, and 40 steel ingots prior to starting the mission, otherwise you'll have to redo it in order to purchase it.
