What are the most prestigious Green Daggar Sets?

Hello all! I'm going to be in the market soon for some green Assassin daggars but I'm afraid I don't know too much about the various sets.

I would appreciate it if someone could let me know what they think are the best Green Assassin daggars are and why.

I realize that they all are good in their own ways, but I would like to hear why you think the ones you say are the best. Also, let me know what a good price for these would be if I were to buy them.

shiro's blades FTW, they are probely not the best (since they got a high req then others) but their skin is the best

Welcome to the Forums Murph

IMO there really isnt any one set of daggers that would stand out as being the best. I am sure that people would rate one pair over another, but to me its more to do with how well they will aid you with whatever build you intend to run.

I would say think about what build you intend to use then decide on what daggers to get ^_^

Thanks all - I appreciate the quick replies.

Sephar, yeah, I am leaning towards maximum damage. No subtlety at all - just shear hitting power and survivability. Because of this, I'm leaning away from energy mods and more towards health mods. I bought a set of Shreader's Talons yesterday for 7.5k but Click Here since the +15% dam is only vs hexed foes, that doesn't help me in every situation.

now, I'm not saying these are the best, but everytime I look at them I just start droodling, the stats are just soooo WiCkEd!

I mean, they are as close to perfection for me...I haven't tried to farm them yet, but when my ele gets there, I'm going to get those beauties!

Now I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure you got taken on those shredder's talons. Every person that farms vermin has a chance at getting them, and they aren't really that good, I merchanted several sets back when I was vermin farming. They just aren't worth that much.

As far as what daggers to get, I really think a 15>50 zealous and either fortitude or defense would be the best for a sin. That's what I used before I deleted my sin. You can buy an Amulet of the Mists for like 5k or so now, and get yourself a set of Ceremonial Daggers after defeating Shiro. They have those stats.

I have 3 favorite daggers:
Shiros blades
Daggers of Xuekao
the bonus weapon

Shiros blades have a nice skin and the vamp mod is nice for extra damage. The requierment is quiet high though and thus critical strikes will be less (every att above the req gives an additional chance on criticals) but that can be compensated with the 'critical strikes' att.

Daggers of Xuekao are for most my favorite. They might not look special or something, but the +20% enchantment duration is perfect for running a shadow form assasin and the sundering is nice for a bit of additional damage. Plus when running shadow form, it does +15% damage as well.

The bonus weapon is nice for funning a falling spider/degen build since it lengthens poison duration.
