In my relentless pursuit of shiny baubles to have in my badges section, I was looking on the site to see if anyone had listed any of the Safeguard badges and their locations in the Safeguards. What I found was that none of them were listed at all, not even Heart of the City which is one of the most commonly known. Is there a reason for this, or am I just missing where these badges are listed?

I don't think you've missed them, it's a matter of them not being here yet. Somebody would have to go to each safeguard map, completely remove the Fog of War (which is always fun when on a clock), then get the location and loc coordinates for each badge, side-mish key and door to the side mish. Also, b/c in the early maps you only get 1, 2,3, or 4 sides per map (atlas 1, KR and sky 2, steel and IP 3, talos and bricks 4, FF and PI 5) you'd have to run through each safeguard numerous times so that you get all of the sides and you know where everything is. And, if that isn't hard enough, there's always the thrill of trying to do so while not outleveling the safeguard map
Atlas 6-10
KR 10-15
Sky 16-20
Steel 21-25
IP 26-30
Talos 31-35
Bricks 36-40
FF 41-45
PI 46-50
It's a lot of work, but i'm sure it will get done sometime.

I wasn't really refering to the side mission aspects of the Safeguards. To my knowledge there aren't any badges associated with those, only temp powers. I was talking primarily about the exploration badges themselves within the Safeguards. There's not as much work in that overall, so I may just work on putting together a list myself. I have enough alts on different servers to be able to get at least the badges listed before I outlevel the individual Safeguards.

As a side note, can anyone tell me what would be good to use to get or find co-ordinates in the game?

the /loc command gives you coordinates
they come as ###, ###, ###; with the first number being north/south, the second as height or elevation, and the third being east/west.
also, if you despirately want to get the safeguard maps before we get them updated, you can check out vidiomaps. they have them all up with possible side mission locations.
and DC, i think the # of side missions is dependent on team size. each one always has 2 side missions. I've always gotten two on AP going solo.

Actually there are Badges for the side missions. It's the same as with Mayhams on CoVs. DO a certain number of side missions and you'll get the badge. Have fun getting them all. :p

well, i don't know what you're doing, big, but the way it's always been is 1 in atlas, 2 in kr and sky, 3 in steel and IP, talos and bricks have 4, and FF/PI have 5, like i said earlier.
For the atlas map, for example, you'd get assigned 1 of the random 5, and the other side map key locations don't have that designated baddie there.
of course, i could be remembering incorrectly, and for all i know, atlas, kr and sky could all have 2. but i know it goes up, and has nothing to do with team size.

I already looked at vidiotmaps, and they only have the first few done as of this afternoon. I knew that there are badges for the side missions as far as the achievement aspects. What I meant was that there weren't any exploration badges for them.
DC, as far as the number of side missions in Safeguards that I've run, there have only been a random two in each of them. I'm not sure if it's more random than that, but even when I've soloed the Atlas one, I found 2 side missions. It might be something they changed more recently.
I'm going to post the locations I got for the Atlas Safeguard and the King's Row Safeguard here in a moment though I'm not sure how it was planned to set those badges up. I'll add more as I get the information.
