I was wondering if anybody could teach me, or tell me how to do a sig that moves? Im trying to learn how to do that kind of stuff and if anybody could help that would be greatly appreceated :D

You need an animation program. I 'm pretty sure you can get a free trial of some (and some tutorials) at Adobe.com
Hope that helps some. =)
Btw,you might want to start out with Macromedia Flash 8.

Welcome to Gameamp
Now thats out of the way... I'm not too good with signatures (been delaying making a new one for quite some time now because of that), but I'm sure that there are a few people on the site that can help you out, just wanted to welcome you to the forums :P

Adobe Image Ready allows that, which is bundled with Photoshop.

Photoshop doesn't allow you to do animations Adobe Image Ready does.
There is a button atop the tools menu which if you have image ready will import the image into imageready.
