I hae a level 26 EM/EA brute with all the goodies up to level 26. My problem is the flying blasters and defenders that fly, er anything that flys that has ranged attacks. As all know who has Em at all there is no ranged attcked that can bring the flyer closer to melee range. I will say I have been successful in hiding under bridges in sirens call and ambushing the snot out of tormenting ranged flyers. I have Super speed for travel so no jumping yet. I trhought if i could get presence power pol that i could use that as an anti fly. Any comments about building and respecing would be helpful. So frustating.

well not sure what you can do in the early levels, but once you hit 41 you can get a hold from your patron set, i'd reccommend black scorpion, his set has the best hold i think. Maybe what you could do is get air sup. cause thats only other way i can think of that you can bring down fliers in early lvls.

I'd say either get flight yourself and air superiority instead of hover as the feeder (which also makes a good normal melee attack), or get TP Foe.
With TP foe, activate it and que up something that will stun them. Oh, you don't need LOS to TP Foe. They can fly all they want, but in the end they are still a puddle of mush at your feet.
