The devine arbitration ability high elves get is *awesome*~! It evens out mana AND give a 25% bonus?? WOW. I havent actualy went out and bought the game yet was was undecided what class/race i was going to play. I know for sure i'm going to be a high elf. Still don't know what class but will be some kind of healer i'm sure.

Hi Withefel, what are you waiting for? Run to the shop and get this game already! You won't be sorry. And if I may make a suggestion, I would recommend a bloodmage. Not many classes can play them, and they are really nifty.

Thanks for the welcome guys, much appreciated. I went to the store to buy it yesterday and actualy purchased it. While i was eating lunch and reading the box right afterwards i was absolutly crushed. My system doesn't meet the min specs to run the game. Talk about disapointed.
It says i need a *mimimum* of 2.6 Ghz processor and 512 megs of ram. My system is a 1.6 Ghx pentium w/ 1 gig of ram and a radion 9200 video card w/ 128 megs of ram.
Think i got a snowballs shot in he!! at running it w/ only the 1.6 Ghz processor guys? Will i have to go ahead and upgrade my machine now? Thanks for the advice in advance.
Oh, just realized man, hope i didnt derail the tread if so i do appoligize.

Oh man can understand your heartbreak, I had to "check out" a machine at work under the valid criteria of stress testing and performance evaluation while I build up my system on part at a time to meet the spec. Then again perhaps fortune may smile upon you and you can find a way to play. Best of luck to you.

You can derail all you want! No need to apologize.
There is a small change the game will still work at the lowest settings. I play on a AMD 2500+, which is a 1.8 Mhz system and I don't even play at the lowest settings. I do have a nice 512MB videocard that helps out quite nicely, though.
Of course buying a new PC would be the best, but that is going to cost big time. You might want to try to upgrade your videocard. If you have an AGP slot on your system you should be able to get a nice nvidia card for it. I bought my videocard just two months ago for Vanguard for (just) $150. Maybe an option...

Hi Vixxin! Great to see you this way. The PM system is a bit broke at the moment so I missed them. Sowwy!
We have started our quest for glory on Hilsbury. It is not RP. The RP server is Florendyl. I created a character there when Hilsbury was down, but she has not even left her starting village since I have too much fun on Hilsbury with my Raki.
